Returns

We do not offer products on sale or return.

Proof of purchase is required for your item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused.

When return arrives to us -

We check the product is faulty and offer a replacement or credit note.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your returns to be processed once it has been received.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via e-mail to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

To return your product/s, please send your products to: DistroVX, 16 The Green, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1QD, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. If the value of the products is over £75, you should consider using a trackable service with insurance.
